Zebra DAO

Zebra has no platform token. Fees from launches and exits (2% by default) go straight to the Zebra DAO multisig (a 2-of-3 Safe) to support the ecosystem; anyone can also donate BNB or tokens to that address.

Where the money comes from

SourceNotes
Launch feesCharged on the BNB actually used to buy
Exit feesCharged on the amount exited
SweepsDust left after a round settles
Tax commissionThe 2% commission Flap takes from each tax payment on a tax token (Zebra launches name the Zebra DAO as its receiver)
DonationsAnyone can donate

Every flow is an on-chain transaction; zebra.pub/dao and the /api/dao endpoint list all income and the multisig's live balance.

Phase-1 spending rules

For now only the split is fixed, with no further detail and no fixed settlement date; the multisig acts as circumstances require:

ShareUse
50%Buy promising tokens launched on Zebra and airdrop them to Agent ID holders
30%Reserve for the unexpected and later phases
20%Team operations: running, development and security review

How airdrops are sent and checked

The DAO airdrops tokens from the multisig in batches, each published on zebra.pub/dao:

StepWhat happens
Build the listA multisig signer picks the recipients (all Agent IDs, the participants of chosen launches, or a custom list) and the tokens: one batch can carry several projects' tokens, each with its own total, split over the same list
PublishThe batch becomes public: the list and every amount can be browsed and downloaded
SendAll the batch's transfers, across tokens, are exported in parts of a few hundred as Safe transaction files, signed and executed by the multisig; each part is one on-chain transaction
DeliveredThe indexer reads token transfers out of the multisig and marks each recipient's tokens delivered with a transaction link; the batch shows Done when everyone is paid

Each person sees the airdrops they received on the Me page.

Custody and governance

  • Funds are held by a 2-of-3 multisig (Safe): every payment needs two signatures and follows the published split; rule changes are announced 7 days ahead.
  • Governance comes in three steps: ① rules + transparency (now) → ② advisory polls (one person one vote, non-binding) → ③ formal governance (one person one vote, counted on an Agent ID snapshot; the multisig must follow). The thresholds for the later phases will be set after some time in operation.
