ZebraFair launches, one share per real person

Only real people holding a Binance Agent ID can subscribe. The moment a round is full it launches: everyone gets in in the same second at the same price, and the token is created on Flap.

Real people, one share each

Each Binance Agent ID (a non-transferable .ai name) is one subscription slot, so bots and sybil wallets can't farm it.

Launches when full, no deadline

A round launches the moment it hits its target; until then you can exit any time. Token creation and the opening buy happen in one transaction, so nobody can get in ahead.

Fees go to the Zebra DAO

A 2% fee on launches and exits goes entirely to the Zebra DAO multisig, which buys tokens launched here and airdrops them to Agent ID holders; every batch is public. Zebra has no platform token.

The contract is the authority

Funds sit in each round's own contract, with no admin withdrawal and no upgrades. Anyone can trigger launch, distribution and refunds.
